1. Part Seven : Six way to prevent fatigue  and worry and keep your Energy and spirits High.
• Chapter 1 : How to Add One Hour a Day to Your Waking Life
While it may seem counterintuitive, one of the best ways to increase your productivity is to take rest regularly. Take rest before you feel tired. Doing this simple thing will energize yourself throughout the day and enable you to accomplish more. Energy management is a topic I’m interested in right now since this is something I should learn to do better.
• Chapter 2 : What Makes You Tired-and What You Can Do About It
In this chapter explain about if you feel tired for your job you must be relax, relax and relax, and there are four tips that you can practice :
1. Relax in odd moments.
2. Work, as much as possible, in a comfortable position. Remember that tensions in the body produce aching shoulders and nervous fatigue.
3. Check yourself four or five times a day, and say to yourself: "Am I making my work harder than it actually is? Am I using muscles that have nothing to do with the work I am doing?" This will help you form the habit of relaxing.
4. Test yourself again at the end of the day, by asking yourself: "Just how tired am I? If I am tired, it is not because of the mental work I have done but because of the way I have done it."
• Chapter 3 : Four Good Working Habits That Will Help Prevent Fatigue and Worry
-Good Working Habit No. 1: Clear Your Desk of All Papers Except Those Relating to the Immediate Problem at Hand.
-Good Working Habit No. 2: Do Things in the Order of Their Importance.
-Good Working Habit No. 3. When You Face a Problem, Solve It Then and There if You Have the Facts Necessary to Make a Decision. Don't Keep Putting off Decisions
-Good Working Habit No. 4: Learn to Organise, Deputise, and Supervise.
• Chapter 4 : How to Banish the Boredom That Produces Fatigue, Worry, and Resentment
Learning to banish boredom is essential for happiness.
An effective way to do that is by making what you do interesting. Even things that look boring can be made interesting if you are creative. For example, you can turn your work into a contest either just for yourself or with your colleagues. While you try to follow you passions, there are always some “boring” things you must do. If can learn to make them interesting, you can accomplish much more in your life.
2. Part Eight - How To Find The Kind Of Work In Which You May Be Happy And
Successful
• Chapter 1 :  The Major Decision of Your Life
This chapter is addressed to young men and women who haven't yet found the work they want to do. If you are in that category, reading this chapter may have a profound effect upon the remainder of your life. There are five suggestions-some of them warnings-about choosing your work:
1. Read and study the following five suggestions about selecting a vocational-guidance counselor.
• Seek a vocational counselor who has an adequate library of information about occupations and uses it in the counseling process.
• A thorough vocational-guidance service generally requires more than one interview.
• Never accept vocational guidance by mail.
2. Keep out of business and professions that are already jam-packed and overflowing! There are many thousands of different ways of making a living.
3.Stay out of activities where the chances are only one out of ten of your being able to make a living.
4. Spend weeks-even months, if necessary-finding out all you can about an occupation before deciding to devote your life to it!
5. Get over the mistaken belief that you are fitted for only a single occupation! Every normal person can succeed at a number of occupations, and every normal person would probably fail in many occupations.

Thank you ☺

Next review How to Stop Worrying and Start Living

Holla... Welcome on my blog again, with me Yuvi Sri Widia. In this time I will review next part from a book How to Stop Worrying and Start Living.
Let's check this out and let's reading it !

• Part Four: Seven Ways To Cultivate A Mental Attitude That Will Bring You Peace and Happiness.
In this part explained about ten ways to feel happiness in your life. Let's fight for our happiness by following a daily programme of cheerful and constructive thinking. Here is such a programme. It is entitled "Just for Today". It is found this programme from was written thirty-six years ago by the late Sibyl F. Partridge. If you and I follow it, we will eliminate most of our worries and increase immeasurably our portion of what the French call la joie de vivre
"Just For Today programme"
1. Just for today you will be happy. This assumes that what Abraham Lincoln said is true, that "most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be." Happiness is from within; it is not a matter of externals.
2. Just for today you will try to adjust myself to what is, and not try to adjust everything to my own desires. You will take your family, your business, and your luck as they come and fit yourself to them.
3. Just for today you will take care of my body. You will exercise it, care for it, nourish it, not abuse it nor neglect it, so that it will be a perfect machine for your bidding.
4. Just for today your will try to strengthen your mind. You will learn something useful. You will not be a mental loafer. You will read something that requires effort, thought and concentration.
5. Just for today you  will exercise your soul in three ways: your will do somebody a good turn and not get found out. You will do at least two things you don't want to do, as William James suggests, just for exercise.
6. Just for today you will be agreeable. You will look as well as you can, dress as becomingly as possible, talk low, act courteously, be liberal with praise, criticise not at all, nor find fault with anything and not try to regulate nor improve anyone.
7. Just for today you will try to live through this day only, not to tackle your whole life problem at once. You can do things for twelve hours that would appall me if your had to keep them up for a lifetime.
8. Just for today you will have a programme. You will write down what your expect to do every hour. You may not follow it exactly, but you will have it. It will eliminate two pests, hurry and indecision.
9. Just for today you will have a quiet half-hour all by yourself and relax. In this half-hour sometimes you will think of God, so as to get a little more perspective into yur life.
10. Just for today you will be unafraid, especially you will not be afraid to be happy, to enjoy what is beautiful, to love, and to believe that those your love.
If we want to develop a mental attitude that will bring us peace and happiness, here is  If You Do This, You Will Never Worry About Ingratitude. To cultivate a mental attitude that will bring you peace and happiness, remember that
"Let's never try to get even with our enemies, because if we do we will hurt ourselves far more than we hurt them"
• Part Five: The Perfect Way To Conquer Worry
Interestingly, it’s prayer, whether you happen to believe in a God or not. The point of prayer isn’t that you necessarily expect someone to answer or that you’re communicating with a higher power (though this is definitely of importance to people of faith), but that you can express what ails you, voice it in some fashion within, and open yourself up to receiving an answer, whether from your own subconscious or from a higher power. If you haven’t prayed, even if you’re an atheist, give it a shot.
• Part Six: How To Keep From Worrying About Criticism
Criticism comes from three flavors. The first is, Unjust criticism is often a disguised compliment. It often means that you have aroused jealousy and envy. Remember that no one ever kicks a dead dog. Secondly is,  do the very best you can; and then put up your old umbrella and keep the rain of criticism from running down the back of your neck. The least, let's keep a record of the fool things we have done and criticise ourselves. Since we can't hope to be perfect, let's do what E. H. Little did: let's ask for unbiased, helpful, constructive criticism. This eliminates a lot of criticism; you can fend off the rest by just doing your best and then weathering it when it happens.

Thank you ☺

Four parts to Stop Worrying and Start for Living

Are you tired of worrying all the time? Are your thoughts always so far in the future that you can never really enjoy the present moment? Well, don’t panic, there is a way to stop these constant negative thoughts! After reading this How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. How to Stop Worrying and Start Living is large collection of small, practiceable pieces that anyone can apply. In this time I will review three parts from this book.

Let's read it !!

Part One : Fundamental Facts You Should Know About Worry
• Live in “Day-tight Compartments”
Often we worry because we take the burden of both the past and the future with us today. That makes the situation look much more difficult. What we should do is to focus just on today. I love this tip. Sometimes I still carry the burden of the past and worry about the future, but this chapter clearly points out that what important is today. If you do my best today, the future will take care of itself.
• A Magic Formula for Solving Worry Situations
To solve worry situations, there are three steps you should do. First, ask yourself “what is the worst that could happen?”. Second, be willing to accept the worst if necessary. Third, calmly try to fix the situation you have accepted. It takes practice to apply this tip, especially the second step, but it helps us regain our calm. We can then think how to solve the situation.
Part Two : Basic Techniques in Analyzing Worry
• How to Analyze and Solve Worry Problems
To overcome worrying, you should know how to analyze and solve worry problems. You can do that by finding and collecting all the facts, analyzing those facts, making a decision, and act on it. This tip is good because we usually worry about something we are uncertain about. Once we get everything clear, we can see what we should do about it.
Part Three : How to Break the Worry Habit Before It Breaks You
• How to Crowd Worry Out of Your Mind
There is one simple way to crowd worry out of your mind: make yourself busy. When our mind is occupied with work, we won’t have time to worry. I think it applies not only to worry, but to all kinds of negative thoughts as well. We will greatly decrease their influence if we are busy doing something constructive.
• Co-operate with the Inevitable
Often we aren’t happy because we try to change things we can’t change. We should learn to identify those things and accept them. This is something you must  personally apply. Whenever you encounter a problem, you quickly assess whether or not you can do something about it. If the answer is no, you will just forget it and move to something else.

The POWER of POSITIVE THINKING

Title: Power of Positive Thinking
Author : Norman Vincent
Publisher : MIC Publishing H (2016)
Page : XVI + 320
“The Power of Positive Thinking Summary”
You have probably heard of (and even read) about some books on the power of your mindset, the positive thinking and a brighter outlook on life. But there is no place better to go than to one of the first preachers of such a philosophy – Norman Vincent Peale, and his book with a pretty self-explanatory title “The Power of positive thinking.
Here’s the best part:
In fact, in the new era “The Power of Positive Thinking” is among the very first modern self-help books that the population was introduced to.The renowned priest known by the name of Norman Vincent Peale clarifies how an individual can overcome any struggle that occurs either inwardly or externally, through the influential merger that consolidates the “science of faith” with psychological tips and modernized medicine.
This book teaches you how to ignore negative sensations, not just thoughts. These phenomena can cause fear, anxiety and even depression. The bottom line is this: you should replace that mindset with a new one- “The Power of Positive Thinking.”“The Power of Positive Thinking” was published back in 1952 and quickly it changed thousands of lives.
The new mindset that Peale’s book symbolized brought them hope and inner bliss. These individuals gradually started to accept and love their external and internal reality just the way it is without putting any unnecessary effort resisting it.Peale also in his self-help masterpiece quotes and supports the New Testament philosophy and guidance to peace, bliss, love, inner joy and success.
Therefore, it is not mandatory that only a Christian can read it, but according to Peale’s words a Christian would find it catchier. It represents a cultural symbol; enriched with ancient religion principles and practices, as such it is highly recommended by modern gurus, scientists, psychologists and other experts. You have to understand that this journey can be a bumpy ride it all depends on your surroundings.
Back to what we already stated, if you are familiar with the self-help genre you’ve probably realized till now that many of today’s self-inquiry best-selling books have their foundation based on Peale’s perspective.Endless inferiority complex and self-doubt issues are affecting many people in modern times, perhaps even more than in medieval centuries. These sensations and inner phenomena are developed since childhood, but Peale advises that everyone can conquer them by facing them openly with a bit of courage and religious faith.
